EMA PATIENT PORTAL
In order to meet the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Meaningful Use requirements, a healthcare facility must provide patients access to their health records electronically.
Here at Allen-Taintor Dermatology, the EMA patient portal provides patients or their Account Representative with secure access to their health records.
How to Access the EMA Portal
To have access to the patient portal, we need an email address on file to enable the portal.
After the portal has been enabled, a patient will receive instructions on how to create a password via email from EMA.
The portal can be accessed by patients or account representatives by visiting https://atd.ema.md/ema/PatientLogin.action
When you visit this site, you will be directed to a secure log in page. This page will provide you access to your health records.
Your username is your email. If you don’t know your password, click ‘forgot password’ and enter your last name and date of birth to reset your password. If you have difficulty finding the password reset email, make sure to check your email ‘junk’ folder.
